5 things you need to do when you having an anxiety attacks.

Anxieties are very common nowadays especially in our current situation where everythìng is uncertain. All of us has no exception in the anxiety, we have a lot of plans that been cancelled, we sometimes feel that we are in chains and some of us feel isolated but are you wondering how can you overcome the anxieties that you have? or maybe just lessen the outburst of strong fear?

Here our the 5 things you might do if Anxiety is attacking your mental health.

First, if you are in the state of anxiousness you probably feel uncomfortable, some wants to scream, some are wants to cry. What you need to do is that, You need to deal with the feelings that you have, don't be afraid to show what's really inside you, accept that you have weaknesses, that you are in pain, and that's normal and I tell you that your emotions are valid just like you are.

Second, because your mind is busy thinking about 'these, that' you need to compete with the worries that you have, though, there are times that your body wants to just lay down all day, all night thinking all over the same stuffs. I now its really hard to get up but hey! You need to, instead of thinking about the things you can't control be productive, clean your house, workout, gardeing etc, when you are start doing things, your mind will not focus on what's worries you.

Third, go look for support group, it might be your family, your friends even the people who are struggling like you. In social media there's a vast of social support group there. Find one!

Fourth, live heathy. When we say live healthy it means that you are responsible in your own body, take care of it and love yourself. Often times we neglect our own being, we  abuse it. What does it mean? We're not sleeping at the right time, did you know that sleeping plays a big role of our emotions? Sometimes we got irritated in very simple things, we easily anger and we ask ourselves, why am i so emotional? But do you try to look for your sleeping patterns? Next is your diet, how is it? Do you eat on time with the right nutrition? Or do you abuse yourself by smoking excessively or drinking too much? That's one of the many reasons why we feel anxious because we don't know how to take care our physical body. The serotonin and domapine in our body decreases if we continue ignore our body , oh that's too deep! Let's proceed.

And lastly, when you do all the above mention but still it doesn't work in you, then you should see a Professional who could help you in what you are dealing right now. It could be counselor, Psychologist or Psychiatrist. Your mental health is important just like our physical body. To live healthy you need to have a sound mind that's the prerequisite of having a happy life.
