Indeed, quarantine is not just a time to be hidden from the outside world. It is where most of us feel the comfort of our homes. With that being said, the world is changing and so are we. Let us not forget that apart from losing weight and looking good is a healthier side of oneself. The Enhanced Community Quarantine is a time for most of us to change our bad habits. Losing about 24 kilos in just 3 months is already a remarkable outcome. This is because of pure dedication, determination, and hardwork.
