You can influence other by showing how you do it. It is good to teach but isn't it better to be caught on the act, applying what you taught. Yes,  words are powerful too plus action you can really make a difference. 

Don't forget to remind yourself  that you are capable to do something good today! Though it may be in simple way but it matters too.
