Anxiety during this pandemic. Probably one of the things that people tend to forget or completely disregadd during this pandemic is anxiety. Everything seems like too much! Well, you have the daily rise of Covid positive cases. Then, the unemployment and the shutting down of businesses. I mean, can anything actually be right during these times? Thankfully, there is. And it's all in our mind. Once you see things from another point of view, it gives you a whole new world. A whole new perspective which can actually give you hope during hopeless situations. For example, this pandemic. Instead of thinking of it negatively, maybe, you can use this as an opportunity to bond more with your family. Also, you can turn this lull hours of yours at home to study things that you like. It may be a passion of yours, a forgotten course, of even the stock market! Nowadays, everything is available in the internet. But regardless of these perspectives, what people should really do first is assess themselves. "Am I okay?" "What do I need?" Then solve things from there. Because after all, no one's gonna look after us but ourselves. It may be a sad truth, but it's true. So stand up, soldier. Man up, and face your fears. Because the moment that you've been waiting for might flash in your eyes tomorrow.
