Be a bottle of water not a bottle of soda

Why?

The bottle is you.
What's inside is your emotions.

People who hates you and envy you, are going to try rattle and shake you from time to time.

If you shake the bottle of soda, and once you open it, it will explode right?

But if you shake a bottle of water, and open it, it's still the same calm water it was before it got shook up.

LESSON:
In a scenario, it represents calmness.
Being calm makes your heart, mind and soul at peace.
