BEST WAY TO REDUCE STRESS

When was the time you leave up something because you have nothing.. Literally nothing to give more, nothing or no one to ask for help .. 
And you feel broke. 

Many of us could relate and I know you do.

I've been hustling hard since I was in college. Yes, you are right. I am a working student back then. (All by His grace, I finished my Bachelors Degree)
To jump into the story, I've been working so hard since then and now a breadwinner of the family. 

This pandemic stuck my mental health, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, death of a loved one and list goes on .. I just feel beyond broken.
Everything has been pondering on my head, thinking how can I survive this. 
It feels like beyond I could bear. 

Until this day that I've been hearing from different platforms that there is "Someone" who cares. 
 
"Cast all your worries to Him because He cares for you."

The word "care" keep on lingering in my head. 
Because even when I know it by mind and by heart, the pressure and anxiety are still there.

I know your next question ..
So what I did was to list all the worries and anxiety in my head. 
Then .. this might be a hard thing to do .. I leave it. 
Yes, I throw it up. I surrender it. 

From there I was reminded that I can't have it all together now. 
Perhaps, I have to leave it and let God do His move. 
I don't have to act like "I CAN" anymore because, "I CAN'T"

It set me free from pretending. 

Here's the point:

The Best Way To Reduce Stress is to CAST ALL TO HIM.

Remember, He cares.
