BUILDING A BETTER MENTAL HEALTH

Mental stability is the capacity of all of us to feel, think and behave in ways that help our ability to appreciate life and cope with the struggles we face. It also affects your ability to deal with stress, resolve obstacles, establish relationship and rebound from the setbacks and struggles of life. The value of community, equality, social justice, interconnections and personal dignity is respected by a healthy sense of emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a component of optimal health and affected by intimate, physical, social, cultural and socio-economic features.

We are living in the age of anxiety. Many people experienced having mentally issue especially now that is pandemic. Having mental breakdowns is not fun at all, it is a serious matter. We all need to be aware that there’s people who silently fighting for this so we need to be kind always to other people because we don’t know what they been through. 

Having a healthy mental health is not just a lack of mental health problems. It is much more than being cured of depression, anxiety or other emotionally stable. Mentally healthy refers to the presence of positive characteristics. People who are mentally healthy have a sense of contentment, self-confidence, high self-esteem and ability to handle stress and problems. 

Building a better mental health is the same as building a better version of you to live a vibrant life.  There are plenty of ways to take care of your mental health, starting today, whether you are seeking to deal with particular mental health issue, regulate your feelings better, or just feel more optimistic and energetic. We all have bad days sometimes but we need to think always that our lives doesn’t end there we need to look forward to what will happen tomorrow and make our day always a top of it. We all can be happy again, you only need to trust yourself with this. You can do this, we all can do this!
