Chicken halang halang recipe (spicy chicken) Ingredients: • 2 pcs. Breasts chicken chopped • 1 thumb size ginger, sliced thinly • 1 med. size onion, sliced • 2 cloves garlic minced • 1 cup Vinegar • 1tbsp Soy sauce • Siling haba (finger chili) • strips of Red bell pepper • Salt and pepper to taste • Oil for sautéing • ¼ cup Water Procedure: 1. In a pan sauté ginger, garlic and onions 2. Next sauté the chicken until medium brown 3. Mix in the vinegar, soy sauce, water, salt and pepper. Then cover and simmer for 10 mins. 4. Add the red bell pepper and the siling haba(chili) 5. Simmer again for 2mins. 6. Serve hot
