Confidence & Arrogance: A Thin Line Between

I think everyone must know that,
"There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance, know it."

Of how one person present himself/herself is a reflection of what he/she really is. From their posture, gesture, how they talk, and most importantly how they behave. How do we know if one is confident or just arrogant?

1. A confident person is self-assured. He/she knows what are their capabilities and does not seek any form of validation. On the other hand, an arrogant person is closely related to selfishness. They're the people who feels the need to brag and to exaggerate any achievement.

2. Confident persons are those that are always willing to learn and accepts corrections easily and wholeheartedly, whereas, arrogant persons have an inflated and unrealistic sense of their importance and believe that they "know it all".

3. Confidence brings people together; arrogance rejects people and is used as a means to demoralize others.

4. Confident people acts as a leader; arrogant acts as a "Boss".

5. You don't need to ask an arrogant person about his/herself, because every discussion will revolve around them. A confident person speaks only about his/herself often when asked or when they need to.

There's a lot more differences about arrogance and confidence. We must learn how to tell the difference in ourselves and in others. When we are truly confident, we can easily and readily accept that we may be wrong , even we we believe that we are right, without a doubt.

"Be CONFIDENT but never ARROGANT"
