confidence is the key

Persons with low self-esteem frequently feel guilt and doubt as to themselves. We still spend a lot of time being critical of themselves. Low self-esteem is a symptom of many disorders of mental health including anxiety and depression.

Here are the ABC's to improve your self-esteem;
A = Accept your flaws
     This is the first step to boost your confidence. Because when you know your imperfections, it becomes your strength. When it's something you can't (or won't) change, then understanding is the best way to genuinely love yourself (all of you). Your flaws make you who you are, so embrace them!
B = Be open to constructive criticism
     Constructive criticism is a process of giving well-reasoned views on the work of others, usually including both positive and negative remarks, in a pleasant manner rather than an offensive one. There's no denying it, it's hard learning things you 're not good at. So absorb the criticism. And then claim responsibility for what has gone wrong. There are plenty of people who do not own their mistakes. They place the blame on someone else and that stops them from getting better. You will get stronger, until you own it.
C = Change for the better
    We all know that change is constant in every way. One reason people resist change because they focus on what they have to give up, instead of what they have to gain. So don't be afraid to change, you may lose something good but you may gain something better.

D = Don't compare yourself to others
    Don't compare yourself to someone else. Compare yourself instead with who you were, and who you want to become. Your story is special and different from others, and when you stop comparing yourself to other people, true happiness and contentment begin.

E = Enhance your positive relationships and forget negative ones
    For others, this last tip can be difficult. Positive relationships help you develop in physical , emotional, moral, social, mental and other ways. If it doesn't help you grow, leave that relationship. A positive relationship will bring more joy to the life of a young person than unhappiness. We do not feel guilty, frustrated, discouraged or unhappy with themselves. All positive relationships have the following in common: kindness and mutual respect.

STAY POSITIVE AND TAKE CARE EVERYONE.
