I was about to start my zoom meeting with a couple of participants that I have when I happen to scroll down to my Facebook feed/s and surprisingly this video caught my attention, I don't know if this is a new trend now, that people are taking videos or photos of those elderly people or baby who have experienced domestic violence.

I named this article "Dapit - hapon" as I want everyone to remember their Grandfather and Grandmother who's always have a helping hand when our parents are starting their family not knowing that at the end of the day it will give them so much pain and disappointment. 

To set everyone's expectations I never got a chance to be with my Lola or Lolo simply because they have their own life in the province plus the fact that they can't live in the hustle and bustle of the city of Manila, but I had a very good relationship with them.  So I am challenging each and every one of you who happen to read this article to say "I love you" to your Grandparents as we don't know life has to offer in the coming days, weeks, or months.
