De-stress during quarantine

Binge-watching, eating all the food in the fridge, sleeping at 5 am are just a few examples of the things I — and maybe you — have been doing during this pandemic. You've probably experienced just chilling around the couch all day and all of this is fine — to an extent — but sometimes we forget that we need self-care. How should I accomplish this? By taking care of ourselves! 

One of the best ways I unwind, whether it has been a busy or a hectic day, I do my skincare. It helps you have a short breath from all the things you have been doing and caress your skin. 

Maybe it is quite a "hassle" when you think about skincare, but a little treat to yourself does not hurt. You'd be surprised to see how much of a difference one habit can make!
