The trouble with the internet is having access to delicious and super crave-triggering recipes. :-D

Ilocos is known for their yummy empanadas and since it is too far and with the virus still present, I decided to make my own version.

As you know, I always say that this recipe is so easy...I say that because I promise you that it is. I always cook with whatever ingredients I have in the cabinet and fridge. So I think, given my average level of cooking skills, anyone can really make this.
