Go to Windows > Settings > Network > Ethernet > Change Adapter Options > look for Ethernet properties ( Lan ) > configure > Advance > Speed and Duplex > take 100 Mbps Full Duplex or 1 Gbps Full Duplex ( if available ) > Save!
