"Everyone"

Everyone is at odds right now, and they don’t know where to turn.
Stop where you are and stand still, just breathe in and out, and get your bearings, that is the first thing to do.
Then figure out what is most important to concentrate on. Then put the rest in order of importance. Prioritize what is necessary, and it is okay to eliminate some things. Not everything is urgent or has to be done. Some things can be let go.
Ask yourself what you are doing to you. Are you making yourself sick, anxious, and stressed with worrying? …. Are you taking time to eat properly, have enough sleep and quiet time? …. Are you taking care of you, with everything going on around you?
You will find that what you worried about so much, was not as important as you thought.
If you immerse yourself in another person’s life and problems, you drown with them. .... Be there to support them, but do not drown with them. ……. Be the life guard that helps them and lifts them up, not the person that jumps in and drowns with them.
Learn to control your emotions, and never allow your emotions to control you.
Think smart. Use common sense. Lend a helping hand, but also learn to say no, when others can do for themselves. ….. Teach others to help themselves….. Be there for them when needed, but also know when to back off.
Write down what you have to do, and want and need to do. See it in black and white in front of you, so it is easier to prioritize, eliminate, and to put things in the right order. Then go on to focus on the solutions, and how to get things done, and stop worrying about the problems.
Once you know what you need to do, and want to do, then don’t think about it, Just Do It.
