Exercise, train, work out, be fit, be healthy! When we hear those words and phrases, we often associate it with our physical being, and yes, we need a healthy body, however, we incessantly forget other parts of our being. We don't exercise our mind to think of positivity despite of negativity going around our life, we forget to train our minds to look on the brighter side of dark things. We forget that life is "bitter sweet", not just bitter, not just sweet, it's "bitter sweet". Same goes with our emotions, we don't dwell on healthy emotions that much already. When we are in pain, we just see pain, I am not saying that you should not entertain that emotion, it's healthy to "know" and to "feel" the pain, however, give yourself a time limit. It can be a week, a month, a year, just give it a limit! After that, do something about it, make it an inspiration, draw, write, dance, sing, whatever you can do to make that feeling flow, and be expressed. Then, I know, that you know where to go from there. Again, exercise, train, work out, be fit, be healthy! :)
