We had a lot of instances that we tend to forget something. Have you experienced forgetting a name, place, face and events? What’s your name again? You look familiar did we met before? Have I been here before? Oh, is it your birthday today? Those might be one of the questions you’ve asked to someone or to yourself because most of us forgets. There are several reasons why we forget. It might be intentional but most commonly it happened with no intention at all. Sometimes forgetting something affects our daily lives and even relationship with other people. You might unknowingly hurt someone else’s feelings when you forget important events in their lives like birthdays, anniversaries and your promises. This might be due to your busy schedule from work, business or schools. Some might understand you and some might not. Everyone of us have the responsibility to make it right. We maybe too much busy to something but we should always make sure that we take actions and ensure that it will not happen again. Maybe some us could have make a reminder of those important events through the use of our mobile devices, notes on our calendars or anywhere else that might be a big help to remind us or notify us about those events. There are so many ways that we can think of but most importantly we should make sure that we exercise our memories and work on to some strategies to improve it.
