I learned this kind of activity during in one of the convention of the Psychological Association of the Philippines. It is called a gratitude jar. You can do a diy jar or just any container will do. Every night right before you sleep you think of something or someone you are thankful about/for during that day. It could be someone who smiled at you, your favorite meal, youve done something good, etc. it should be specific. At the end of the year you are going to open it and read it :) sometimes when our day is stressful or something has pissed us off we forget the good things that happened to us, This will improve our perspective in life. A heart filled of gratitude is a happy heart ❤️
