Heya! :) This is the Chapter Two of my story. Hope you like it. Love Love. *Three years ago* A long line of people stood in front of her. All of them wearing long white gowns that looks like bedsheets draped around them. "Well this must be the afterlife." Helena thought. This wasn't a surprise to her since she knows she was left for dead in a fire. Everyone just looking forward and waiting for their turn on whatever is at the end of the line. No one seems to be speaking, and Helena felt relieved because of that. Nobody speaks not because nobody wants to but nobody can't. When they try to speak no sound comes out. Well, she can't be bothered by it so she just waited in line like everybody else. She didn't know how long be eventually she made it at the end of the line. There she was greeted by a man. "Interesting..." he said Towering above her was man that looked as if he came out of a fantasy movie. He was wearing black robes, sleek black hair and his red eyes peered through his skull mask. "Welcome to the afterlife, normally I will just weigh your soul and determine what world your soul will go to and off you go... but with you.... hmmmm" the man said. "Me? What about me?" She asked. "Well... simply put... I don't have a specific place to put you. Nowhere in fact." "What?" Bewildered, she asked. "Well... I don't have a world to put you. Which means your stuck here if I can't put you anywhere. Which means the line won't move because you're stuck. and if it doesn't move all these souls will have to wait eons for their turn. Which means they will get frustrated and you know what happens to frustrated souls." "uhh..." "Demons! that's right.. so we definitely have to do this quick..." The man obviously in a hurry said. "By the way you can call me D... Big shot around here...frankly only one around here... if you don't count that freakishly long line. Oh My Gourd... It's getting longer by the minute.. tell you what. you help me and We'll get your situation fixed up in a jiff." "uh." "Just kidding I don't need your help... I just need someone to take over.." With that he snapped his fingers. "It really is unfair for me but let me get this straightened out for you to help with the transition" "What transition?" she asked. The line of souls in white gowns vanished. The plane now only contains Her and the strange man called D. "From now on you'll take over my job. Good luck... Helena." He said while he faded into the shadows. "What happened..." Helena muttered She was still unsure what happened but sho noticed some changes. The gown she wore slowly became red and As she felt something growing from her back, she was suddenly filled with ecstasy, like this was all she wanted all along. Power, she can feel it. Her skin once sickly pale now glowed like the moonlight. Her hair once short and streaked now long and silver. Her figure once skeletal now radiates power. Her face once a shadow of beauty now... a goddess. Knowledge filled her and with it she knows what she is now. A goddess of death, determiner of where tge souls will go to next after dying. The final Judge. Normally it would be hard to come to terms with this new role so selfishly thrust into her but she didn't mind. In fact, she liked it. It finally gave her purpose, Her spark. Funny though, her spark to continue living came after dying. After what seemed like hours, she waved her hand. Two black figures appeared. Crows. As the newest goddess of death she'll need all the help she can get. She made these creatures with her new found powers. One to house all the knowledge that Godhood thrust upon her and one to help her manage this new "Life". Clad in Red with her crows circling above her she spread her wings and greeted a new line of souls already waiting. "Well let's see..." Souls in awe as they saw the murder of crows above.
