During these days of pandemic, staying healthy physically can help us to stay healthy EMOTIONALLY too. If we are eating a right food and keeping fit, our body will become strong and will help to cope out on stress issues or to fight illness. Also eating well and do exercising when your at teenager stage will help to stay in good health later in life. Also it doesn't mean if you have a physical fit you area having a healthy body. Being healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic disease or long-team illness. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-image. We just need to maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body. Here are my 3 habits for everyday health lifestyle : 1. Move more and sit less. Aim at least for 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise like a brisk walk. But when you get busy, make this the last thing to do. 2. Eatwell Eat a healthy breakfast everyday which includes whole grains, fruits or vegetable dairy or milk and eggs. We should eat foods that are plenty in nutrient and fiber. It is also a good start to limit drinking of sweetened drinks - drink water, instead. And the most important, eat your meals with your family as often as you can. Shared meals promote health for everyone. (it's more enjoyable!) 3. Sleep well and stress less Sleep 7 to 9 every night. Lack of sleeping increases of weight of gain, depression, high blood pressure and other chronic disease. If you're having a stress issues, you must need to know what causes of your stress and aware how to cope with it. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not that difficult, nor does it require a lot of work. Just keep doing what you do and apply the staying healthy tips above- surely you will be well rounded individual in no time. š
