With this amount of infected, and casualties we need to keep ourselves safe. So, on this article I will be sharing with you on how to keep yourself safe from the transmission of the virus.

First, wash your hands regularly is very important because the virus can easily spread to the things that we usually hold. Every time you hold something it is advised to wash your hands or use alcohol. Avoid always scratches your face, eyes, and touching your mouth. And the most important thing is always make sure your hands are clean while eating.

Second, keep yourself clean all the time. Taking a bath should be a routine every time. Being clean will help you to avoid the transmission of the virus. 

Third, when going out of the house make it sure you wear a clean face mask, and face shield. This will help you to protect yourself from covid-19. And always bring your alcohol.

Fourth, observe social distancing every time you are communicating, eating at the restaurant, going the mall, and especially with crowded people. Avoid too much contact with other people that you don't know. And it is necessarily advised to stay at home if there's nothing important to do outside.

Note: Every time you go home make it sure you take it a bath and sanitize your belongings before entering your house. 

Fifth, keep yourself healthy. Boost your immune system by exercising and taking vitamins. Eat healthy foods like vegetables, fish, and fruits.
