We can hide our own feelings with others but we can't never hide it from ourselves but you have to remember that you are not the only one who feels those emotions every human being undergoes with different type of stress and anxiety and sometimes lead into depression. I know you suffered from it and still suffering but you know what there are ways which can help you to unleash yourself from all those pains you always kept into your heart, just follow my steps and you will be free. I'll assure you. First, learn how to control your breathing. When you feel suffocated calm yourself and take a deep breathe, imagine all the stress going away as you breath out. Second, don't afraid to say "NO" if someone is asking you to do something and you are not comfortable with affirm with your word and say "NO!" instantly. Third, maybe it is time for you to change some of your habits that may initiate your stress such as you may overthink or it's your routine of putting things off until the last minute. Sometimes it's what we do that causes stress and we don't realize. and lastly, R E L A X. Do whatever makes you feel relax it can be a happy place, friends, vacation, music or foods. Just think of it and you'll probably find it. R E M E M B E R; No one can escape stress, but anyone can manage it. Practicing all the tips above can help you better cope with your stress and anxiety.
