With all that is happening in the world right now, do you ask yourself why is this happening all at once? like all of your problems keeps adding up? You feel your shoulder get heavy and you feel like everything is so intense and you just want to breathe? Grab a chair and sit down I want to tell you this Let everything go with the flow. Don't stress our with simple things. Do everything one by one and not all at once. Sometimes our mind just needs to relax to focus. Let's start with one problem to solve then once we finished it, we can move on to the next. It is one part of taking care of ourselves. We are not being lazy. We are just taking a break, a breather and that is okay. The most important thing is YOU. What is the point of all of it when you can't function properly right?
