Okay so this intermittent diet is 16:8 it means that you are only allowed to eat during these 8 hours and during the 16 hours you can’t. In order for you to stay healthy always remember to eat fruits and vegetables and STAY HYDRATED! If you’re thinking that it’s hard, just think of your goal and what you’ll achieve.
