ow it gets worse. You're anxious. Your anxiety worsen by the fact that you know you're anxious. You're depressed. Your depression worsen by knowing that you're depressed. You're angry. You become angrier after you've identified you're angry. You're conscious. You become more conscious after you've felt that your conscious. You're not okay. You become sadder by the fact that you're not okay because you've identified it. It gets worse by identifying it. But it the only in getting over it. Identify, accept and do something to get over it.
