People always tell us to be happy, that it will get better. I say the opposite because convincing yourself that you're happy will make things worse. Sometimes it is better to let it all out. Humans are vulnerable, crying and being sad is normal. You are capable of emotions that is the main reason that we are sad and depress. If you can't handle it by yourself ask for help. It is not necessary to endure dark times alone. Just keep moving forward :)
