It somehow reminds us that we are capable to feel different emotions and that life really has its ups and downs. Whether happy or sad, our feelings are valid. If you feel sad, sulk. Listen to sad songs, do a social media detox, stay away from gadgets, have time for yourself until you feel a little lighter. You don't have to rush yourself to get back on your feet and carry on.
