From the title itself, I would say that.. it’s really hard. It is really hard to find a job and it became harder due to this pandemic and then suddenly you heard that our country, which is the Philippines is already facing the recession stage. 

It’s really depressing and at the same time it causes us anxiety thinking how can we go back to the way we used to be. Even though you have an experience from a reputable companies, still it isn’t enough. I’ve experienced being discriminated in a way that they did not accept me since I am not a graduate from the Big 4 Unuversities here in the PH.

But...

I did not take it personally but instead I submitted multiple applications to different industries. There’s this saying “You got to kiss a lot of frogs before finding a prince” - Adam Grant. This is definitely true when applying and looking for the appropriate job. 

God knows where we are really meant to be.  We must remain motivated and positive even though we faced a lot of rejections every time our applications got rejected. It only means that, God is redirecting us to the best company for us. 

In every decision we make, we must put Him first. Do not lose hope!!! Nothing is permanent just the same as the problem that we are facing right now.

Just like You, I am still in the process of submitting applications. We got this!! And we will get through this..
