Journey to the world of Korean Pop

HOW DO WE DISCOVER SOMETHING THAT WE REALLY LIKE?

I started becoming a K-pop fan last 2013 when my father bought me a second hand Tablet where various of videos are saved but only one caught my attention.

It was the music video of "Oh!" by Girls'Generation. I watch it with curiosity and full of amazement. I can't understand the language but I feel in love with the music. So, when I had the chance, I tried looking up about them and that's where I started to become a SONE/Soshi. And then, I stumbled upon a boy group who has this charismatic school-boy type like what I am reading on wattpad.

Watching "Growl" by EXO made me become an EXO-L. After days, discovering the new genre and music I got interested with, so much different from Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato, I saw the gangster-ish BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan. They are so different from what I watched. They look so cool especially Rap Monster's (RM's former Stage name) glasses on the "No More Dream" MV.

Since then, I've become a fully pledged K-pop who listens to music without any prejudice, regardless of the language they are using, music becomes our bridge to understand each other.

Right now, I have my main fandoms that continue to be with.
BTS ARMY
SNSD SONE
TXT MOA
GFRIEND BUDDY
CLC CHESHIRE
(G)I-DLE NEVERLAND
APRIL FINEAPPLE

Listen to music without prejudice. Regardless of language, gender, color of skin or what, music is music. Language will not be a barrier to stop loving something you love.
