Well i want to share this Ketogenic Diet to you. >The ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. What is the food allowed? Good news ! you can eat meat and dessert. The picture shows the food that is allowed and not allowed. And here are some recipes you can do for dessert and bread. 'Keto Chocolate Dream Cake' Ingredients: Sponge 3 tbsp Coconut Flour 1 tsp Coffee (Optional) 2 tbsp Cocoa 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 2 tbsp Erythritol 2 tbsp All Purpose Cream Chocolate Ganache 1 cup All Purpose Cream 2 tbsp Erythritol 2 tbsp Cocoa 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Chocolate on Top 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Unsweetened Chocolate Bar Procedures: Sponge Mix wet ingredients Sift dry ingredients & mix with wet ingredients Steam for 20mins Chocolate ganache Mix over lowfire until thick. Layer on Sponge cake and put inside ref to cool. Chocolate Mix until dissolve. Layer on refrigirated ganache and sponge. Refrigirate for an hour. Sprinkle with cocoa for finishing. Enjoy! 'Fluffy and cheesy Bread' Recipe: 2 ½ tbsp coco flour 1tsp baking powder 2 equal gold 2eggs 1tbsp coconut oil 4-5tbsp All purpose Cream Pinch of salt Grated cheese (½ to 1 cup) Slice cheese for toppings Steam for 25-30mins.
