From Disney’s Lion King, Timon once said, When the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world.
Way back, in the year 2016, this was the devastating year of looking and searching my purpose in life. Jobless, worthless, useless – those were the words that you can associate to me during that time. In life, happiness dances with sadness, we can’t achieve the ultimate bliss if we will not embrace all kinds of pain. It’s up to you how you will handle it. PAIN IS SCARY. It’s like a living monster that you don’t want to meet. We all take it negatively that’s why we end up stressed and lonely. The worst part of it, we tend not to see that there still HOPE. 

1 John 3:1 – This was the unique wifi password of the coffee shop that my sister and I visited last July 31, 2016. Despite the heavy rain warning, my younger sister insisted to go to this place which I agreed upon because I really need some time to think. I guess God convinced me to go to a place where I can think, relax, and be free with all the pressures around me. “Hebrews Kuvino” is the peculiar name of the coffee shop. The owner might have been a good follower of God so he/she lets other people go to a place where they can work peacefully, reflect on their thoughts in life, play to remove their stress for the week. I mentioned that the password of their 30 mpbs wifi is 1 John 3:1 - See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
Sometimes, we tend to forget the real purpose of life. We work hard because we wanted to achieve this and that and as a result, we ended up being stressed and burnt out. We tend to forget the real meaning of happiness because we are too busy posting selfies on Facebook or busy earning money for the future. 
I’ve learned a lot of lessons during my days of being alone. God is really good that he’s working silently and in mysterious ways. There were range of thoughts that ran inside my mind so there was a feeling that I’m carrying all the burden in the world. A feeling of giving up. I’ve been praying a lot to God that he may end up this torture and let him hold my hand and help me to stand again. I realized that he’s been with me since day 1 and I’m the only one who’s feeding myself with negative thoughts. Negative thoughts will lead you to a negative outcomes. Don’t bombard yourself with nonsense thoughts because you’ll be the one who will suffer in the end. I consulted my friend who is 10 times matured than me about my life, he told me that I’m the only one who’s going to decide for myself. Take time to think. Take time to reflect. 
Last 2016, I quit teaching,  I tried working in a call center company for three months, I became office-based English teacher at 51Talk for almost 7 months, I attempted to apply as a youth staff, knocked at every shipping companies under the heat of the sun, still no luck. In addition, I don’t have any masteral units. I felt that a lot of time has been wasted. 
However, there will always be a rainbow after the rain.
I know that God is with me and little by little, I know that He’s leading me to the right path. With extra amount of love from my family and true friends - I know that I’ll be okay. Everyone that we met and we will meet has a reason. Some may bring happiness and some may bring pain. But they will give the best lessons in life.
Always work and live according to God’s plan. We may sometimes be lost but God will lead us to where we are supposed to be.


Lastly, learn Let Go and Let God.
