Manila Asylum - Philippine Horror Attraction

Are you ready for Manila’s newest scare attraction? Prepare for the worst night of your life, because Asylum Manila has now opened their doors to all those who dare enter. Don’t say we didn’t warn you – whatever you fear the most, be it clowns or possessed dolls – are all hiding beneath the haunted walls of this former psychiatric institute ready to give you a spine-chilling adventure.

Read at your own risk to find out how you can get admission into Manila’s newest scare zone! You’ve got nothing to lose but your minds!

The story of Asylum
Dr. Vanicutt, a psychiatric doctor from Pennsylvania, opened up the country’s first premier psychiatric institute for the criminally insane in 1939. However after his wife tragically died, and his only daughter Anastasia disappeared mysteriously, Vanicutt went mad and delirious – some even say he was possessed. The Asylum suffered in the process, with Vanicutt tormenting his patients, conducting grotesque and inhumane medical procedures that eventually riddled the hospital with death and evil.
Many years later, the Asylum opens its doors again, welcoming a new batch of patients to torment and torture. Are you crazy enough to be one of them?

50 rooms in 45 minutes
Ever wondered how long you’d last in a horror movie? Well, you’re about to find out. Patients, aka visitors, are to walk, jump, slide, and run through over 50 (yes, we’re not kidding) scare zones, that are practically the manifestations of your worst possible nightmare. The worst bit? You’ll have to do it in 60 minutes or less. That said, we highly suggest you don’t hold on to those wimpy friends of yours – you won’t last 5 minutes!

As it is set to be an abandoned psychiatric facility, the haunted maze attraction will have patients walk through laboratories, morgues, and operating rooms – all of which, as you can expect, have remnants of their previous tenants, both dead and semi-alive. Additionally, visitors will be forced to walk through crypts, sewers, and dark claustrophobic hallways that’ll surely mess with your head.

Asylum is not for the faint of heart. However, we can’t deny it is an epic experience – especially for horror film fans and all those who claim they have no scary bone in their body. We’d like to see you try this attraction out for yourself and see if that statement still rings true after an infinite amount of jump scares!

Before you plan out your trip, here are a couple things you need to know:
-Asylum Manila is only open daily from 4PM to 12AM.
-Patients under 12 years old are prohibited to enter.
-The attraction can be completed in 60 minutes or less.
-Photo and video-taking is strictly prohibited.

Staff will be on location throughout the attraction in case of any emergencies and if the events get too much for the patients.
