Morning Routine

These are somethings you should do when you wake up
1. Read a book
2. Exercise
3. Stretch (if you don't feel like exercising) 
4. Cook healthy breakfast
5. Take a breather (do a quick meditation)
6. Make a to-do list
7. Walk around (do it with caution)
8. Don't stress out about your day, just relax and smile
