When ecq was declared i took on a self challenge an everyday workout at home to stay healthy and to keep my sanity. All that fear, anxiety about the uncertainty of the situation would be too much to handle. I need to set up a routine to cope to this pandemic and be ready to battle episodes of depression. Yes, i do have depression. It isn't easy to shake off every episode. There are times that it seems impossible to get out of it. So i know staying indoors will trigger my deep sadness. So i set my mind that everyday i should do my zumba dance. Everyday i will sweat out any negative feeling that starts to sprout from within. Everyday after finishing my homecooking and kitchen chores, i change into my sweat wear and tune in my favorite YT channel of zumba. Zumba or dance makes me sweat so much and release so much happy hormones so far it is effective.
