QUARANTHINGS

It's been 4 months and we Filipinos are still in quarantine. We have been through thick and thin during these gruelling months and I know it has been boring. Here are some tips and things you can do to get yourself up and going! #Quaranthings

1. Do some Chores
- Doing household work is actually therapeutic and relaxing when you do it voluntarily. It also avoids you from being sedentary and it maintains the beauty and cleanliness of your home sweet home.

2. Checking on your friends
- This long quarantine has a massive effect not only on you but also to your friends. May it be physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually etc. It helps on keeping your friends connected to you even without seeing them face-to-face. You can also do videocalls for you to have a more realistic meet up with your friends.

3. Quarantine Exercise
- We all know that exercising is really beneficial to our bodies. It makes us stronger and healthier. Since most of us are just at our homes, we could allot time to exercise. Even a short 10min exercise routine would help improve our mood for the day. Exercise also help in losing weight and our posture all-in-all.

We should always learn how to use our time wisely. We don't know how long this quarantine would last, so we must find ways to entertain ourselves. Let us all hope for the best here in the Philippines and the World. Thank you!
