1. Cut the bottom third of a 2 liter plastic bottle.
2. Paint the bottle with the color of your choice (acrylic paint).
3. Cut out ears from the rest of the plastic bottle.
4. Draw the face of the cat such as eyes, nose, whiskers, and the ears.
5. Fill the finished product with soil and seeds/plants.
