Self-Care vs. Narcissism

There is a big difference between narcissism and self-care.

Being narcissistic is the way you only give affection and focus on yourself and you don't have any sense of empathy for the people who surround you.

On the other hand, self-care is showing kindness towards self and to others. It does not show any act of selfishness.

Always remember that self-care isn't selfish, only narcissist does.
