Dear NJ,

Hold tight, your heart’s gonna break a lot. You’ll get more disappointments. You’ll bump into more “kalaban” of your dreams. You’ll have more “sayang” in life. You’ll meet more challenges.

You may find it easy sometimes, then you’ll stumble and find it difficult afterwards. You may be near your goal and almost grasp it in your hands, then you’ll find yourself drifting farther and farther.

That’s life. It’ll be a shitty whirlwind roller-coaster ride, but you gotta man up and face it head-on. It’s just the beginning, be strong! If you find yourself getting sad or defeated, move on.
