SINIGANG WITH KIMCHI RECIPE I FILIPINO-KOREAN FUSION CUISINE

"Sinigang is one of popular dish and most cooked dish by Filipinos because of the availability of the 
ingredients in the country. 

Have you ever think before that adding KIMCHI which is originally from Korea can be also be possible in SINIGANG?

Here's the ingredients 
-Onion, Tomato,Taro, Eggplant, Stringbean, Green Chili, Water Spinach, Pork, Tamarind Flavor Mix and Kimchi. 

How to cook? 
1) Boil the pork first until tender. 
2) Add salt and bring to a boil. 
3) Add onion, tomato and taro. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes. 
4) Add eggplant and stringbeans. Boil for another minute. 
5) Once boiled, add tamarind flavour mix. 
6) Add green chili and water spinach. 
7) Once the green chili and water spinach cooked add kimchi and mix gentle. 
8)Simmer amd it's done.
