Trying to be fit this quarantine pt.3

Are you trying to lose weight? Trying workout videos or apps? Hello! Since it’s quarantine i’ve decided to share my results so far. You could check part 1 & 2 for more motivation. In this part, I would be tackling more about my diet. So since i’ve mentioned about eating 1000-1200 calories a day here i’ll be listing my favorite foods that i eat in a day. For my breakfast, i’ll be eating a whole apple or 1 hard boiled egg as an alternative. Sometimes i don’t really eat breakfast because i’m doing a intermittent diet so if you don’t know about it just check my other upload and you’ll know . So for lunch, i usually eat unprocessed food with rice sometimes if i’m really hungry that time. For my snacks, i’ll eat nestle chocolate fitness bar and a yakult or fruits as an alternative. For dinner, make sure you’re not eating too much because it’s hard to burn it during the night. So I recommend you to eat an oatmeal with a fruit on the side. Also make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. It will help you to digest food. That’s all please stay tuned :) I’ll update my progress on 2 weeks shred tomorrow ;)
