Are you trying to be fit? Want to be confident of your body? Well, losing weight is really hard for everyone but if you are consistent on doing workouts and eating healthy foods only... then you’re gonna gain results in no time. If working out is too hard for you then try to take small steps. It is better than not nothing at all ;) Try to read parts 1-3 for you to understand better. I’ve finally completed Chloe Ting’s 2 Weeks Shred. My weigh before was 46.9 and now i’m just 44.1 I’ve lost 2.8 kilos or 5.6 lbs. It really is an achievement for me cause I felt that i am much more stronger than before. I don’t get easily tired from doing 2-4 videos. My body improved and I’m amazed of my capabilities. I know that you can also do it if you could just control yourself. I hope that you start right now ;) Goodluck guys!!
