Weight loss tips!

- WEIGHT LOSS TIPS - 

1.) Always drink WATER (w/ lemon)
2.) DO FASTING 
- eat only between 12 pm - 8 pm
- NO MEALS after 8pm!
- only drink water after 8pm
3.) WORKOUT
- workout atleast 30 mins a day
- do CARDIO WORKOUTS
- rest day / cheat day

4.) CONTROL
