What's your personality type? I am someone that likes knowing more about myself – my strengths and weaknesses, the hobbies I excel in, and the possible ways I could improve in. To me, knowing more about myself includes: taking personality tests and self-reflection. I believe that there is an aspect in ourselves that others see which we don't. By taking personality tests, accepting others' opinions about you and self-reflecting, we can determine the toxic traits that we have, and use that information to create the better versions of who we are. There are several personality tests available, but I want to talk about MBTI. Personality typing is a system of categorizing people according to their tendencies to think and act in particular ways. Personality typing attempts to find the broadest, most important ways in which people are different, and make sense of these differences by sorting people into meaningful groups. Myers & Briggs' 16 Personalities were created to help people discover their own strengths and gain a better understanding of how people are different. When you discover your own personality type, you'll understand more clearly why you do the things you do. You will gain confidence in your strengths and be better able to make decisions that suit your true nature. You can also use the MBTI to help understand others, connect with likeminded people, and use it as a guide to your career choices. Personally, I am an INFJ. I took the test through several sites – 16personalities, Truity, and Keys2Cognition, to name a few. I got consistent results and resonate with being an INFJ, so I guess the tests were pretty accurate in my opinion. Take the test now and share down below your MBTI type!
